1 Costumer service
1.1 When will my order be delivered?
If you placed an order before 4 p.m. and the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next day. We ship orders as a mailbox package or as a parcel. It depends on PostNL when you will receive your order.
1.2 What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, all orders above €50 will be shipped for free.
Below this amount, shipping costs are €4.50.
International shipping is always €9.95 (within the EU).

1.3 Can I return my order?
If the order is not to your satisfaction, you can return the item within 14 days. You can do this following the instructions on the return form. The return form must be included in the package.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, with original labels/tags.

For hygienic reasons, earrings can only be returned in unopened packaging.

We only accept correctly packaged shipments.

Unused and unworn.

Shipping costs and risk for returns are at your own expense. Items received by registered mail must also be returned by registered mail.

If you have received your article damaged, or we have delivered you the wrong article, we will refund you the shipping costs afterwards.

In case of return we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.

1.4 Can I return an item from sale (discounted item)?
Items from sale cannot be returned.

1.5 Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your item(s). You can return the item(s), and in consultation with the Pracht team, have the correct item sent to you.

1.6 Can I return or exchange my order in the Pracht.nl store?
You can exchange or return your purchase in-store.
We will issue a refund to your account.

1.7 Will shipping costs for a return be refunded?
The shipping costs for a return are to be paid by the customer. An exception to this is if it is an error made by Pracht.nl.
Please note that the cost and risk of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
1.8 How can I cancel an order?
If the order you have placed has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it free of charge. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@pracht.nl or by phone at 030-2315886.

1.9 Am I locked into my purchase immediately?
No, a purchase on our website is subject to the right of withdrawal. You have 14 days before the purchase is concluded. So you have plenty of time to look at the purchase carefully. If the item is disappointing or not to your liking, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. Under the headings 1.3 “can I return my order” and 1.5 “can I exchange my order” it is explained what you have to do.

1.10 What payment methods does Pracht.nl accept?
You can pay at our Pracht.nl webshop via iDeal or creditcard. If you buy something through social media, we will send you a payment request.
Upon receipt of the amount in our bank account we will ship your order.
1.11 Can it happen that an item I would like to order is out of stock?
We maintain our inventory system on a daily basis. However, it may happen that an item is out of stock. Should this happen we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution. Usually we can re-order the item for you.

1.12 How can I place an order?
In our webshop you can order the best selling items from Pracht, follow the steps to place an order. Have you seen something you like on our website or our social media? Then feel free to drop in on the Oudegracht in Utrecht. If you do not have the opportunity to visit us, we can also ship the products to you.

- after receiving your payment, we will send your package. (shipping costs are €4,50, free shipping from €50,00).
1.13 I have a complaint, how should I make my complaint?
If you have a complaint about Pracht.nl or a product you purchased through our website, we ask that you contact us via email. Your complaint will be taken extremely seriously by us. We will notify you in writing (by email) within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. We will handle each complaint personally and keep you informed through the medium of your choice, this may be by phone, sms or e-mail. We will respond to your complaint within 48 hours.
A complaint about a product, service or the service of Pracht.nl may also be submitted via a complaint form from the website of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk www.keurmerk.info. The complaint will then be sent both to Pracht.nl and to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.
If the complaint cannot be solved by mutual agreement a dispute arises that is susceptible to the Dispute Commission. A dispute will be submitted to the Dispute Commission, see article 15 of the General Terms and Conditions.
